hEATED WASHER JETS

How can i test the heated washer jets to see if they are working or not??. The fuse is ok and power is making it to the bonnet loom. They froze the other day so i wonder if they indeed are working,they are on a 98.5 A4. ( Shame it didnt have te nice hidden face lift ones /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif )

only way i can think of would be to stick a pin in and put that on a thermometer, or disconnect plug and test the current to see if they're working.

Do they only come on with the rear heated window button??

The manual thing says they are on with ignition, i think i'll check to see if there is any current draw. I have to be honest,i couldnt feel any heat!!

cheers!! will post pics on Monday after I've washed it as working days all weekend. Does look hell of a lot better now I've fitted them correctly!! Getting my xenons soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
