Just went to fit new wheels and the fronts are locked tight.

The new bolts are angled fitment and 27mm thread.

Back wheels rotate ok.

Any ideas why the fronts are locked up while the backs are fine?

What would be the best solution - use old bolts, shorter bolts, cut bolts to length or 5mm spacers?

The new bolts appear to be about 5mm longer than the originals (radius fitment)

i had the same problem when i fitted longer bolts. the only options are put a nut on them and cut them down. or get shorter ones

yeah they should solve your problem, but the cheaper option is to cut your bolts down, or use the old ones

Was thinking of using old ones but they a radius fitment and the new ones (and wheels) are angled. Surely the bolts should match the wheels for a tight fit?

Not sure about cutting bolts down, don't want to risk threading the hubs if I don't get it just right

I'd cut em down.

Spacers are just a bodge, and its the wrong fix for your problem.

as above chop them but yes radius-radius and pitch-pitch
