Ok......

A friend at work has lots of Evo's, he has brought in some calipers.............
they are light, pad choice is massive........

believe it or not they "almost" fit as they are....... if one hole is bolted the other is 3mm out....... BALLS>>>>

the disc offset is almost the same...

Having had it all off, if the calipers are extended so a rear mounted extender bracket is used it brings the caliper out about 22mm.

I am hoping the disc from the S4 with the 345mm disc will go on and away we go.....

its a cheap 4 pot conversion............ :)

info to follow unless someone knows more on this one.

Before you spend lots of time, money and effort on this, make sure the piston areas are sensible.

A lot of the Porsche 4 pot calipers have much smaller piston areas than the stock Audi parts, meaning they result in a reduction in braking force for a given leg input, and as a result totally screw up the front/rear brake bias too.

yea, looked into this....

there will be a little more pedal travel.......

i left the numbers at work.... will report back next week

Really depends on if they need brackets etc to mount, all adds up in the end, but otherwise a good idea, interested in seeing how u get on with it.
