How heavy is an AEB compared to an AHU? When I broke my old Golf I removed the engine the ghetto way. Dropped it onto a parcel trolley I got from B&Q for £15, tied it to it with some rope and wheeled it into the garden. 
Mind you, my Golf was lowered so it was only a small drop onto the trolley. Sits a bit higher on the Audi...
Anyway, I managed it fine on the AHU. It's the crappy 1.9 TDi 90bhp lump and still had the gearbox attached.
