interior trim removal

I've got a squeaky rattle coming from the seat belt height adjuster on the B pillar, anyone any ideas on how to remove the trim on the pillar. Looks like it pulls off but thought i would check first before i bust something.

Yeah i have this rattle to. I put it down to my too loud exhaust. If it could be fixed that would be great.
