    Hey Andy,

Does the changer work with a 2000 A4 model? That uses Audi Symphony as the head unit.

    thanks

I doubt it, the Delta HU is Blaupunkt, the Symphony from 99 on is Matsu****a (Panasonic). You can tell by the plug on the bus lead.

Have you replaced it with a custom build sub box. I know you are a something of a guru on ICE and installations in Audi's, wondered how you have mounted a sub in the boot.

    Cheers

No, it's been in my loft for 5 years, ever since I got the car. Thought I'd hang on to it to return car to stock when I sell, but I doubt a changer is going to have much effect on the resale value of the car.
We've just moved house so had to get ruthless with all the loft junk. I've had an Alpine system in my A4 pretty much since I got it (changer in the glovebox), 10" Alpine sub in ported reflex enclosure, it is a very heavy enclosure so is only secured via velcro to the boot floor/backseats. It doesn't move an inch. Boot space is not a problem so never had the need to do something more stealthy.
