1.9TDi Intercooler upgrade

Morning,
I have the 19.TDI PD engine in my A4 Quattro. I will be getting this remaped soon by Performance Torque. I am looking to upgrade the standard intercooler with a large one, as my future plans are for a hybrid turbo conversion. I have been told that the intercooler from the 2.5tdi is good for around 240 bhp, so i just need to know if anyone has fitted one or is another option better?

I have spent over an hour searching, but couldn't find the answers.

how much do you want for your intercooler? im after a replacement

Hmmm, might have to look into making my own then! I know its been done on lots of cars before, just wondered if someone else out there had broken the back of it and could say what parts were required.
