    KO4 UPGRADE WHAT IS NEEDED TO RUN 240 -260 BHP ON A 160 STOCK ENGINE

    Starting to get my parts together for my KO4 up grade this summer have all ready chose to have S4-RS4 brakes and RS4 rear arb really looking for engine parts and part no's. im looking for TT225 injectors and the turbo probabley a KO4 022 also ive been told that ill need to up grade my diverter valve? after that im off to either midland vw or this place in burton on trent that the lads at derby GSF recomended to me have not chose yet. Has anyone got any better improvments i could do? can any one help with part no's for the injectors and turbo and what diverter valve to buy any help apreciated

    Get a FMIC aswell.
    Either go for a Forge 007 or if you want to spend a bit more then grab a Hyperboost Diverter valve. Leave Bailey alone...
    Get yourself a good Panel Filter ie Piper/ITG/K&N - Not a Induction Kit though, just panel.
    Make sure your Clutch/Flywheel are ok as you might end up renewing or even upgrading. Brakes you have sorted...
    With these upgrades Id be thinking of a Boost Guage, Nice subtle one to keep an eye on Boost. Also Id be upgrading the TIP to a Ally or Forge - You dont have to but ive seen a standard TIP with a 270BHP A4 (Nice car by the way Mark, if you are still floating about) and the Pipe was so weak and ended splitting.

    CLutch Flywheel aint a necessity but with these A4's after a good boost upgrade suffer from Slipping clutch, split pipes etc.
    Id also look into upgrading the N75 Valve for something more Viciuos BEFORE your remap.

    ....and last but not least How about unleashing some more power and torque with a Sports CAT, I have a Full miltek Turbo back and the low down torque and Grunt is a Beaut!!

    Missed out the miltek was looking at cat back at the mo, pannel filter in the process of selling mine as the oil in the pipercross comes off and sticks to the hot wire in airmass meters and distroyed my new bosch in 2 months so need to find an alternative but all that sounds nice

    ....and quite expensive but you'll have one belter of a Cab!

    i am running about 240 with my spec but i have the 190 with a k03s, i bought the hyperboost hx same as juss and its a good dv and it can be serviced

    the milltek made a difference ? what about the blueflame exhausts anyone had any experience of these


    oh and juss can i have your bumper where did u get that ?

    Why would you even bother changing from the paper filter, it would easy handle 260BHP and won't kill the MAF. If an RS4 runs perfectly well on a paper filter then thats good enough for me.

    Thanks for the comments by the way, Miltek has made a massive difference, had a powerflow on the red one but too loud, these Milteks are spot on.Not too loud and the sports cat makes a massive difference, especially with Torque! I thought about the Blueflame and another brand (which I cant remember now) but just thought id go with the 'tek'...You liking my Otty Bumper, different eh! I got it of a guy on here after I was trying to source one for months but Shipping was a killer then just by chance he was selling his.

    True but ive always found that Uprated Panel filters have gave my 'Note' abit more of a Grunt!

    aye mate still got the avant and finally sorted the hanging revs issue with a clutch switch and a bosch maf, appart from that its the same. i was after an oet bumper but couldnt get one for less than a grand so opted for the reiger
