Vag Com in the North East ?

Are there any members out there with full Vag Com in the sunny north east ?
I have an ebay cable and an iffy copy but can't program etc etc with it..just i'm planning on doing the cruise retro.

I'm in Blyth and don't mind a bit of a travel. I have the non registered version, but will need someone with the full version if I go for Cruise to recode the SWC module.
