Removing fog light surrounds

Can anyone out there give me a view pointers as to how the fog light surrounds are removed ?
Ultimately I'd like S line surrounds, but for now have some LED's to fit and need them out.

Is this on an S-Line front or a normal front?

just the normal front James

There's two lugs on the top and bottom of them - you literally just squeeze the grilles together a bit to pop the lugs out of the holes and take them out, no tools required or anything.

When you put them back be sure the lugs 'click' into place fully.

Ha only cos things keep breaking!

One of mine was damaged so I bought a new pair, and I popped one out last week to change the air-con condenser so it's fresh in my mind. I can only comment on what I know - if you notice I'm pretty absent from any RNS-E or DIS retrofit threads.....
