Couple off problems

Hi all, i have a 2002 a4 and have noticed the fuel cap isnt locking, also i beleave when i have a brake light out there is meant to be a warning sign appear on the dash but doesnt happin in my case.

i was just wondering are these common problems and if so are they easly fixed?

hi mate do you mean the flap as on mine the cap does not have a key but that maybe just mine. if your on about the flap panel there should be a motor
in the boot like the ones for your doors most lightly died on you.
should not be hard to put a new one in or to check
as for the the warning lights not all audi have that either i dont

Only the full DIS will have the bulb out warnings.
