I have had to jump start my 03 18t sport a few times recently with a booster pack and all as gone ok.
But a few days ago after the jump the gauge and range showed "0".
Is this a reset/error problem or does it sound like something has blown or worse?

If the battery dies or is removed the range "looses it's memory" and resets back to zero. It will correct itself eventually after 10 minutes of driving, I think if my memory is correct. But definately not a problem

Thanks for the info.I rang MD and explained all the details of flat batt and gauge issue and they had no idea and said to bring it in.On the drive there the range reset again,so it looks like you know more that the MD.
