IS A 3.0TDI TURBO N INTERCOOLER BIGGER THEN A 2.5TDI AND WILL THEY FIT

hi is a 3.0tdi 240bhp intercooler bigger then a 2.5tdi v6 180bhp one coz i want more power useing audi parts before i get it remaped coz a 20bhp remap isnt enough power and if possibe is a 3.0tdi turbo bigger then a 2.5tdi turbo if so will it fit straight on thanks

Look for fjtwelves thread in the diesel section titled, superchips or similar.

From what I've read the limitations for power in the 2.5 is fuel pump and injectors, so I would start researching them before looking into intercoolers etc personally.

Stock intercoolers are good for about 260-270hp. When installing 3.0tdi turbo you need to do some serious modifications.
Easyer way is using the hybrid turbo with 3.0tdi wheels on it and that is bolt-on solution.
