Tyre pressure

Hi all, dose anyone else have 235/45/17's on their car, if so what pressure are you running, it is mostly only me in the car and the 34psi they say in the handbook seems a little high to me.

sounds about right: 16" (215/55/16) is 30psi and 18" (235/40/18) is 40-42psi.

as a side note: mine dropped a full 8psi on all four from the last time I checked it a month ago until this week (cold weather)... (on the 18" alloys)

I run mine at 34 psi seem ok to me and generally it is only me in the car as well.

I run mine 225 40 18s @ 34-36 psi no wear or handling issues .

paul - sounds about right: local garage has the 225/40/18's as 36psi on their chart.
