Part No for vent actuator windsreen demister

Hello Lads, can anyone tell me the correct part no for the windscreen demister vent actuater for a Audi A4 Avant 1.9tdi sport.
From reading previous threads on the site I belive this is the cause of a sereious problem I have with my motor.
