Going to see a nice looking 04 plate A4 quattro 190 S-line 1.8t later, just wondering if there are any issues to check for?
Its done around 60k with full service history, silver half leather interior, lots of extra's (electric pack, heated seats, light pack, rear electric blinds, 18" twin spoke RS4's).
What miles should the cambelt be done on this model, also does it need anything else replacing with the cambelt, such as water pump, cambelt tensioners etc?
So just after any specific pointers to check out?
Also any issues on tuning this version of the 1.8t?
Would you use super unleaded or regular (before & after tuning)? i had a b5 1.8t Passat with an upsolute chip in the past and that ran 16psi boost on regular and 20psi on super, no idea how much super is these days as sold the passat about 4 years ago
