Has anyone had any experience with a faulty door catch?
When i open the door from the inside, i need to manually move the catch in the door down, as if i dont when i slam the door it just bounces back. Probabaly not making myself clear here! It's the C shaped component in the lock, when you drop it down to an open position the door light comes on and the window drops a little.
