Cam belt change plz help

i have a quattro 3.0 v6 its on 78000miles and i dont know when i need to change the cambelt does anyone know? or where i may get this information

I second this as well. Get it changed ASAP! Otherwise it could be

My 2.4 v6 has just turned 70k today so i think i'm gonna get it booked in.

Oh, and get them to change the water pump at the same time. Even if it doesn't need doing, ALWAYS have them done together.
