Post problems

Hi, can anyone tell me why i am unable to add any pics to my posts, i have looked at the faq's and it says there is a box with "manage attachments" i don't seem to have this and it also says at the botttom of the page under posting roles "you can not post attachments"

Any help with this greatfuly recieved,

There's a sticky in the General Chat forum detailing how to post them, if you still can't get it to work let me know mate
