Anyone fancy a swap? My 1.8T for your Diesel

Hello

Due to work I am now spending over £100 per week on petrol! Unfortunately my best option is to get rid of my pride and joy.

2003 A4 Avant 1.8T Sport Fwd with 66K on the clock. What I am after is a A4 Avant 1.9 Diesel Sport with around the same mileage.

If anyone is interested or knows of anywhere with stock of B6 diesels please let me know.

I doubt you will find anyone wishing to part with a diesel as a swap, as they tend to hold their value better and on average are around 1k more.

as Byzan's comment: you might get an equivalent age, but MUCH higher mileage 1.9TDI for similar value to yours, but unlikely to get somebody willing to do a direct swap for similar miles and spec...
