Does anyone know if there is a way, vagcom adaption, of stopping the windows going up once the roof down cycle is complete?

what remote roof do you have? Is it factory fitted as its a 1.8T and I didn't think there was that option. I have th SmartTop and when activated the windows do stay down unless I press the remote an addional time and then they will go back up.
i have the kufatec one, i wasnt aware it was an option on any audi ?????
