S4 oil

can anyone tell me what oil is best in my s4 and the amount of oil required?
I know I'll probably get one of these so I'm gonna do it myself first lol

thanks James, both threads were very informative but neither actually stated type of oil and quantity, but i have been told today that it is 10/30fully syn. and it will take 7.5 to 8.5 ltrs, (if someone could confirm this it would be appreciated) but seeing as i am mid long life service I may just put normal oil in and not the long life stuff!

it takes 9 litres and I used Castrol Edge that is recommended by Audi (its called SLX Longlife II in the trade), Opie Oils do it at a great price

it takes 5w30 i use castrol edge.
