CCM replaced now no rear doors!!

As title I have had some problems with my current CCM not shutting down and it then drains the battery. I have replaced it with a second hand one from a breakers yard. I have re-programmed to the same softcodes as my previous unit, but this unit is unable to see the rear doors I get errors 01333 and 01334 no comms to rear doors. I have put my old unit back in which works fine with the rear doors! Does this sound like a bad second hand unit?

01334 - Door Control Module; Rear Right (J398)
49-10 - No Communications
01333 - Door Control Module; Rear Left (J388)
49-10 - No Communications

Any ideas folks?

Central locking closes everything except the rear doors, no comms at all.

It indicates wiring is of mate, if no comms then its not talking to the door modules, is the 2nd user the same part number or different as pin locations could of changed with revisions quite easily.

I'm leaning towards wiring & needs moving within the plug.
