Rear disc size...?

Hi people,
Im looking to find out which S4 has the 300mm rear discs,
I am asking as i want to make a larger rear brake kit for my 8L S3.
I aparently need The 300mm discs from the rear of an S4 but im unsure which year cam with these...
Any help would be great !

Thanks there buddy.
I just have to find some cheap ones to mock up. Im not sure how to find out The mounting depth of these and my discs.
The "top hat" meaning the distance from the surface that bolts to the hub face and the rear face of the disc...
