20s and lowering

As im new on here and new to the world of audi im after abit of info on alloys and lowering,

Id like some 20'' bentley alloys and to lower on coilovers, firstly could i do this without arch work and rubbing issues ans secondly what kind of coilovers do you all recommend. Id also like to know my standard ET aswell please?

I think there was a few that managed to fit 20" without any issues but the alloy was on a 8J. There was a guy on here, Ill see if I can dig it out who did just that....bare with me...
