window tints

Hi guys i've got an a4 190 quattro avant in akoya silver and i'm thinking of having the windows in the back half of the car black tinted .What do you reckon cool or naff.Anyone got any pictures posted of avants with tints.cheers

My personal opinion is that cars look better with the same tint on all windows (ie light smoke for legal reasons) than having a very dark tint purely at the rear. If anything Avants can carry a darker rear tint better than saloons I think. With silver colour I don't think you would need a very dark tint to set it off anyway.

Agree with james, I had 50% on my rear screen and rear sides and 25 on the fronts on the Red one but I didnt like it after a while, so on my Blue one, Ive had 50% just Rear screen and 25% on sides back and front.

i had mine done slightly darker at the back (about 50%) and at the front lighter (about 25% tint).
