the new 1.9TDi Quattro has 18" RS4 wheels on.. the fronts looked low - I check them and they're 21psi all around! *eek* This is low, very low, right?

Obviously the information on the door pillar isn't true anymore as this is RE the standard 5 spoke wheels IIRC.

What I am I best to put 225/40/18 tyres? The A4 is the Avant variation. 1.9TDi Quattro Sport.

whats the door sticker say? Thats a good starting point anyway, so i'd start there and tweak it around.

As an example the 205/55r16's on our car are supposed to be at 32psi, however the 225/45r17's on craigs S4 are supposed to be at 36psi.

I'd go somewhere around 35psi to start with, and adjust it a little for best feel and even tyre temperatures.
