Which Exhaust Gaskets Do I Need?

As you may be aware I just bought a new exhaust manifold. What exhaust/turbo gaskets do I need to fit it? I assume 1 x exhaust manifold gasket and 1 x turbo gasket if there is one, but im not sure if they are the only ones I will need.

Does anyone have a prefered brand?

Anyone know the parts numbers and a location to get them?
I have a 2002 B6 1.8T AVJ engine

You will find they will often be dealer only parts, and they're not particularly expensive, so just get them from there unless you want to try your local factors.

Which do I need then? Obviously there will be a gasket next to the head. Is there a gasket between the manifold and turbo or do you use paste?

Do you know of any other gaskets I need to order that I have overlooked whilst I strip the manifold off.
