which oil & filter?

I am going to change my oil and filter on my 1.8T this weekend. I know it needs special oil like fully synthetic.

But which oil should i use and shall i just use a normal oil filter?

Castrol Edge 5-30 Fully Synthetic oil.
Oil filter from the local Audi dealer, get a new sump plug aswell as they are only about £1
