Firstly since this is my first post a quick hello - "hello".
Please can anyone offer any advice? I have just put a deposit on a UK 02 plate first registered on 29/08/02 Audi A4 Tdi(130) 5spd Avant Sport. I have searched without much success for engine/chassis revision history for UK cars with not much luck. Just really want to know what car I am buying before I hand over the money!
This next question is also probably a bit daft - please take into account that I have no experience with VW/Audi but I guess you already guessed that! Anyway onto the question, when test driving I noticed that a vibration/rumble of the engine can be felt through the gear stick/accelerator pedal. I'm guessing this is a diesel thing and quite normal however if there is a problem it would be nice to sort it out before buying!
