Painting decisions?

My car is booked in at my mates bodyshop for some tidying up on Tuesday. What do you think of painted bonnets? Yay or Nay?

Roof is going darker to match the AMG wheels, blackout grille, darker wing mirrors and finally Subaru STI pink S4 calipers

So does the bonnet get a lick of paint too?

The roof will look good in the Black but leave the Bonnet, not sure who it is but there is a B5 on here in silver with the roof done in the nice neat shiney black and at first I was like "noooo" but looking again and again I liked it, especially with his dark wheels.

Im even toying with the Idea of doing mine when we start it in a couple of weeks. If I do go with the black roof then Ill be going stealth with the wheels too.
Dont do the bonnet though, will be too much.
