a4 stubby fin aerial

hi guys. does anyone know where i can get one of those stubby little fin aerial from? can these be modded for tv aerial?

As far as I am aware the fin aeriel is for the sat nav, my car is fitted with one.

The sharkfin is used for sat nav and phone antennas - all the other antennas (including TV) are in the glass.
