Suspension differences

Can any one tell me the differance between the b5 and b6 shock and spring set up or coilovers please as its driving me up the wall as no one seems to know and my car needs to be lower to the ground desperatley the only springs i can find are only 40mm and i need 50 -60mm or coil- overs

There not interchangeable mate, give DPM or Awesome Gti store a bell, theyll sort u out, i also know KW do a real decent coilover kit.
