hi all i have an A4 53 plate 1.9tdi 130 se, it has done 50k,it has been serviced at 19k and 39k by audi and at 50k by evans halshaw.during a convo with evans halshaw i learned they only change oil and filter. i may get audi teesside to look at as i will be more confident that the car gets what it needs.
does anyone have an idea what they do on a service for a car with this mileage.?
the cambelt has been done as well at 40k.
regards and seasons greets to you all.

Don't take it to Audi for godssake, find a good independent specialist and pay half Audi's labour rates and save a 3rd on OEM parts as well.

I would agree about the indy route.

Have you had the brake fluid changed? Needs doing every 2 years.

Air filter at 4 years on the 1.9, although I'd check it at every service and clean out the mesh of any debris.

Cabin pollen filter, apparently gets blocked up fairly quickly, so I'd check at each service.

Brake discs and pads, I did mine at 50k, rears at 70k.

Belts and cambelt, 4 years or 60k miles, change both at the same time.
