Wheel Offset????

Howdy Folks,

I have a 2004 A4 1.8T Saloon and was looking at upgrading my wheels to 18". I found a second hand set of original Audi wheels 235/40/ZR18. The wheels have come off an Avant. They are 112 diameter studs and have a offset of 43?

Are the Avant wheels the same as the saloon A4?

Can anyone tell me if they would go on my A4 without a hitch? I see lots of different offsets and as I am new to this, don't know how this will affect my car.

At present I have the standard dull 16" wheels. Offset - haven't a clue!

I will make an offer if they will fit. Wheels are in England and I'm in Ireland, so want to get it right.

Seconded, my Sportecs in 19's are ET42 and fit with NO problems on my cabriolet

andyccr, if i fit on my a4 b6 18" wheels with offset 35 will they be ok?
