Rocking chair....

I have a 53 3.0 v6 quattro and ive noticed that there is a slight rock, back and forward on the drivers seat? Its not so noticeable to be honest but its just one of those small little things that gets on your nerves and if i leave it, it will only get worse??

Has anyone had this before and can it be fixed easily? Going to have a decent look at the weekend, so any remedies would be great...!

I've had this ever since I bought the car, just can't be bothered to investigate it myself. Feels like a mounting bolt is a bit loose and it rocks when I brake or accelerate. I'd love to know what it is.

i know its a daft question but have u tried tightening the 4 x securing bolts ?
