Hi peeps,
Slight problem this evening. Installed our newly aquired RNS-E into our 2002 B6 A4 avant.
Got the trusty old Launch diagnostics out, went into the instrument cluster, coded that no problem, came out & tried to get into the RNS-E, but no joy at all.
Checked I had can hi/lo, (I know, not needed for diagnostics, but made sure anyway), also checked the K-line was there. Both were OK.
So, slapped the old Symphony2 back in, but that wouldn't allow me in either. So survey says... either my diagnostics won't communicate, or I have a comms breakdown, (although all other systems are fine, with no errors anywhere)
Our MFSW works fine, as does the DIS display, so i'm thinking it's my £3500's worth of tool
Cheers peeps, oh & beer tokens available to the lucky person who can help.
Shane, (York)
