will a sline lower bumper fit my SE?

can anyone tell me if a lower bumper from a a4 sport sline will fit my upper bumper standard a4 bumper 2002?will it go straight on?

hi mate
the lower valance for a s-line hangs about 1 1/2 inch lower you'd need to modify the upper part first, there is something on audizine about this,

how easy is it to modify the the upper bumper? does it need to be cut? have u ever done sumfink like this yourself terry?
