Cambelt change on 1.8T 190?

Hi there,

Can any of you shed any light on when i need to get the cambelt done as it looks like 115000 miles in my service schedule, but from reading posts on here most people reckon 60k miles? I do think 115k miles seems a lot.

it' been changed to 4 yrs or 60K miles. I've changed the cambelt on the vRS earlier this year as it was bang on 4yrs old but it had only 40K miles. The belt was is bad shape when it came off, so if I were you i'd get your's done pretty soon.

I got mine changed couple of weeks ago and cars just gone 70k on a 53 plate better safe than sorry.
