Help with error codes P1103, P0139 and P0411

I wonder if anyone could give me any advise on what could possible be wrong with my newly purchased 2001 Audi A4 1.8T. The car recently displayed the orange emmision light on the instrument panel so I tested the car with vag-com and it gave me the following errors

P1103 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating: B1 S1: Performance too Low
Intermittent

P0139 - O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank1-Sensor2 Slow Response
Intermittent

P0411 - Sec.Air Inj.Sys. Incorrect Flow Detected

Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? The only thing I have noticed which I need to get looked at is a smell of petrol coming in the vents when air con off. I have also noticed the smell outside the car also but hard to pinpoint where it is coming from. Is the smell related to the errors. I also sometimes get a strange noise come from the engine compartment when I turn the ignition key in the morning. It is only brief but sounds like a pump or something but with a type of metallic sound. Is this normal?

Do you think I would be best to get the car into a audi dealer to get checked out or would a normal garage be able to work out these error codes?

Sorry for all the questions but I hope someone could spare the time to help me.

Now the car is 6 years old it woul be cheaper to take it to a specialist or the Audi stealers are going to charge a fortune! Where do you live? Someone online close to you will be able to recomend a good Garage.

A knackered lambda will certainly cause the car to run rich, which will throw your emmissions and economy out the window. The first two error messages relate directly to the lambda.

thanks for the suggestions guys. I live in the Somerset area. Is the lambda sensor expensive? Is it a easy thing to change?

Lambdas are relatively cheap and relatively easy to fit yourself, although I've not bought and replaced one for the A4, I've done so on my previous Audi S2. Got a genuine one from VAGParts for a good price. I'm sure there's a BTDT around here from someone who has done it on the A4?
