Milltek

Was considering a Milltek for the S4, now having second thoughts after the recent problems!!
Thought I would share this with you guys anyway

Received a quote from one of Millteks resellers for a S4 B6 cat back system resonated.
Price including vat & delivery £660 all in!!
Thought this a very good price !

There is one slight problem, response from Milltek about availability, forwarded to me from reseller;
"Many thanks for your enquiry, please be advised of the following stock situation;

Audi S4 4.2 V8 quattro B6 Saloon, Avant and Cabriolet (2003 and later)
MSAU176 / 177 / 178 / 246 / 247 / 270 / 271 314 - Awaiting Production Date"

Do Milltek wait for a batch of so many orders for a specific vehicle before they start production ??

Loads of people including myself have had a long wait for a milltek.
Good exhausts but **** poor service.

I had mine fitted at QST in Haywards Heath last week. They already had it in stock so was fitted within a week of me first enquiring about it!

Top service and very knowledgable chaps!
