Exhaust problem?

I think my exhaust might be having 'problems'.....!! I'm totally non technical, but I think it may be blowing, and I've noticed a slight lack of power. It seems a bit intermittant at the moment.

Also, and I can't remember who told me, there is a rapid 'ticking' sound which you can only hear from outside when idling, I'm sure they said it was related to some sensor in the exhaust and would eventually cause a problem..... Could this be 'the problem'??

PS It's got a Full miltec exhaust and been modified by AMD who, sadly, are no longer with us, or I would have taken it back to them.

PPS Any reccomendations on a Midlands firm to fix this?

Take the car to the muffler shop and look for leaks. There isn't really anything that could go wrong on an exhaust.
