Fuse box panel?

I thought this should be easy, but I am having problems removing the fusebox panel.
I thought it would be as easy to remove as the glovebox panel but it doesnt come completely off.
I am able to prise it off but part of it(top corner nearest dash) wont come off.
It only twists around a bit but wont pop off?

Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to do or what I have done wrong?

It is held on the same as the glovebox panel,mine just pulls off.

Yes so it is...thanks. one of the metal clips was bent and holding it in. A bit more pull brought it out with minimal damage.
