what is the ultimate difference between these three valves? are they all present in the 1.8T engine? and what are their functions?

They are all 'electropneumatic valves', simply an electrically controled variable pressure/vacuum valve.

They are generally used in the boost control system, and EGR control system, basically anywhere an ECU controlled valve is needed.

They are all pretty much the same basic design, some just open a different amount at a different voltage, or have a different number of inlet/outlets.
