frontend alighnment

Going to get my timing checked in a few weeks(bad fuel consumption)
Question is which/how is the best way to get the front panel on level/realigned
Is there any markings on the front panel for easy realighnment or is it gess work?

Dead easy to realign, there will be large witness marks where the washers have been and on mine they were very prominent, so they were dead easy to sort.
