light switch

hello all

can anyone tell me how to remove the light switch from a4 avant.

i've pulled and tugged but can't seem to get it out,even having trouble getting the surround off

any help greatly appreciated

try harder, its really simple and you will kick your self when you find out!

oops sorry yes headlights

To remove the switch (very easy) push the headlight switch inwards towards the dash and at the same time turn it to the right (towards side lights on) Hold switch in this position and pull away from the dash the whole lot then pulls out.

thanks for that yes very easy (how dumb do i feel) not used to pushing something in for it to come out (if you get my drift)
