tv-not working

hi everybody,new to the forum,makes some great reading when iam bored at work,but now ive got a problem! got 3.0 cab sport 2003 model with sat nav plus with tv, dvd player in glove box, when i push the button to activate the tv function, all i get on the screen is fuzz, no sound or any of the buttons working,dvd wont work either,the unit has ben working great for 2 years, and then just packed in,some body said it might be the tv tuner ? which is in the boot, i believe the dvd is plugged onto this as well, radio,cd,sat nav all working perfectly., any ideas anybody ?

Where are you in the UK, If local ish I've got 5052 that might help.

have now taken the tv tuner out, and had it checked, it is kaput,can anybody answer this question, can the dvd player still work without without the tv tuner ?
