Around the ashtray and gearlever I have a dull grey trim, although my other trim is Piano Black, is there any different trim to fit round the gearlever? Not the fishscale one though.

Why not replace it with Piano Black trim, it will match the rest of the trim. I'm guessing someone replaced it before you bought the car? You also get a brushed aluminium trim.
