A4 - Washer not spraying water

Lads,
Have a 2002 A4 saloon with 88k miles.

Water ran out there about 10 days ago, the weather was cold when I filled it but don't think it was frozen.
The washers worked fine, then in the evening there was a puddle of water under the car. Thought it strange but nothing mad.

2 days later the washer warning message came up, I filled it again but the weather got cold again last week.

Then today, it was mild I tried the washer but nothing, I filled it up but again nothing, not even a warning message on the dash

Anyone any pointers as to what I could do?
