150 - 180BHP

Hi..

On the >2001 shape Audi A4.... in which month and year did they increase the power to 180BHP?.... were all the first cars including the quattro only 150BHP?

All Quattro's are 180, to compensate for the additional weight. Otherwise the cheaper 2WD version would have been quicker than the Quattro.

They are all now 190PS (187BHP), so the cheaper 2WD is quicker than the Quattro!

I can't find any evidence that any of the 2001 cars were fitted with the 190PS engine.

Thats because the 190hp engine has only just been introduced....
